Guys, I have to admit that I fell off my healthy eating HARD during the holidays.  Since I always feel so much better when I eat healthier, it is time to get back on track.  If you are in the same situation (tell me I'm not alone!) then you'll want to check out today's recipe for a yummy Pineapple Turmeric Cleanser drink.

Made with fresh fruit, this recipe is even more gratifying as it uses Stevia In The Raw®, a zero-calorie sweetener (containing an extract from the sweet leaves of the stevia plant) that is perfect for sweetening food and drinks.  It is available in packets (one packet has the approximate sweetness of two teaspoons of sugar), or the Stevia In The Raw® Bakers Bag, which is ideal for baking and cooking to reduce sugar and calories.  Up to 700 calories are saved for every cup of sugar that is replaced with Stevia In The Raw®!

Turmeric and ginger are natural liver cleansers and have numerous great health properties.  And the pineapple just tastes yummy!  This is not your typical lemon/cayenne cleanse drink!
